I am fortunate to make my passion my life's work.
From the early days of my career as a professional triathlete and business owner in the sports and recreation industry until now as an executive coach and business consultant, I have always had the 'why' of helping other people optimize their personal and professional performance.
I enjoy working with growth minded individuals and organizations who recognize that learning never stops and there's always room to 'be better'. It's incredibly satisfying to see my clients achieve their goals by focusing on what matters the most, implementing the right behaviors and moving forward by 1% each and everyday.
When I'm not working, I enjoy being with my family, mountain biking (I compete in 24 Hour MTB races, single speed / solo) and all things involved in the great outdoors here in Tucson, AZ!

Now it’s my turn to give back. As a Vistage Chair and Executive Coach, I lead an exclusive group of CEOs, business owners, and key executives who collaborate to help each other make powerful decisions and grow as leaders. My goal is to help leaders become the very best they can be to improve their business and personal lives. I am most proud of the network of people I’ve coached and mentored who are now living happy, fulfilled lives doing what they love.Away from work, my wife and I enjoy wine tastings and playing with our two French bulldogs. I’ve also found that playing the guitar is a great way to relieve stress.
